3. Submit a payment to Mellian using the e-mail

prompted to do so.
4. The payment amount is $85.00 via Computer or
by Phone and $80.00 in person for a full reading.
The payment amount for a partial reading is
$65.00 via Computer or by Phone and $60.00 in
person. Please ensure the proper amount is
entered in the payment field.
5. In the message box, be sure to include your first
and last name as well as your e-mail address in
case there are any problems.
6. If for some reason you do not hear back from
Mellian...please send an e-mail describing your
